Bottle of Lies by Katherine Eban, published in 2019, reads like it was written about the problems we're still working on today.

The book follows multitudes of issues that are extremely relevant and exposes widespread fraud in the overseas manufacturing of generic drugs, detailing how companies falsified data for FDA approval.

That is the whole reason KeyPedia exists. Most drugs Americans take are generic, many are made overseas, and oversight has never scaled with the supply chain. Eban shows how that fails quietly. We're trying to close it with real-time inspection, warning letter, recall, and enforcement data.
