Specific *Salmonella* strains isolated include:
*   *Salmonella* Leiden: Found on a table holding a mixer in Kitchen (b)(4), used after fermentation. The facility admitted to not regularly cleaning this table.
*   *Salmonella* Urbana: Isolated from incoming raw organic cashew pieces and RTE
