FDA 483 - Providence Egg Producers 4 - March 04, 2011

This FDA Form 483 document details observations from an inspection of an egg production facility. The firm was cited for not having a written Salmonella enteritidis (SE) prevention plan specific to the farm where eggs were produced for the table market. This deficiency was noted for the period of July 9, 2010, to February 17, 2011.
