FDA 483 - Raw Farm LLC - September 29, 2016

Organic Pastures Dairy Company, LLC in Fresno, CA, was inspected by the FDA from September 27-29, 2016, and received a Form 483 with four observations. The inspection revealed deviations from a permanent injunction regarding raw milk product labeling and several insanitary conditions. These conditions included condensate dripping near uncovered cream, chipping paint and rust over a kefir vat, and evidence of pests and poor sanitation in the dry storage area.
