Stratford Care USA, Inc., a pet supplement labeler/warehouser in Odessa, FL, was cited for failing to take adequate precautions to prevent contamination of animal food. This led to the distribution of Omega V3 Softgels with superpotent Vitamin A concentrations in two separate lots. Both affected lots were subsequently recalled by the company due to the elevated Vitamin A levels.
