Vierra Dairy Farms LLC in Hilmar, CA was inspected and cited for offering a food-producing animal for interstate commerce that contained drug residues above established safe levels. Specifically, a dairy cow was found to have Ampicillin in its edible tissues exceeding the tolerance. This is a repeat observation from a previous inspection.
