The main violations identified were failures in 'Content Determination' and 'Properties.' These issues indicate that the medications either did not contain the correct amount of active ingredients or failed to meet physical appearance and quality standards. The inspections were conducted under the regulatory framework of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition and regional processing standards. In response to these findings, municipal and county drug regulatory departments have implemented immediate control measures and initiated formal legal investigations into the involved entities to ensure public safety and compliance with pharmaceutical laws.
