The primary violations identified during laboratory testing involved failures in extractive levels, general inspection standards, and content determination, which refers to the concentration of active components within the medicine. These inspections were conducted under the regulatory framework of the 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia and supplementary testing methods approved by the State Food and Drug Administration.
