The report identifies five pharmaceutical manufacturers whose products failed to meet quality standards: Hebei Anjia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Anhui Hejitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces Co., Ltd., Anhui Jiuzhou Jinnuo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Anhui Mengshi Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces Co., Ltd., and Anhui Shitian Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces Co., Ltd. Notably, Anhui Mengshi has denied producing the specific batch associated with their name in the report. The primary violations identified during laboratory testing included failures in physical characteristics, identification, specific inspection parameters, and content determination. These products were evaluated against the regulatory frameworks of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition) and the Anhui Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces Processing Standard (2005 Edition). In response to these findings, local regulatory authorities at the municipal and county levels have been directed to implement immediate control measures on the affected batches. Furthermore, official investigations are underway to handle the non-compliant units in accordance with national drug safety laws and regulations. These actions are part of a broader provincial effort to ensure public medication safety and maintain strict quality oversight across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
