The Heilongjiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration issued an announcement on May 4, 2018, revealing significant compliance failures identified through sampling inspections. They are required to publicly disclose investigation results and imposed penalties on the involved enterprises within three months, and subsequently report findings to the Provincial Bureau.
