China NMPA Drug Inspection - Nenjiang County Tianrun Baixing Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd.

The Eighth Inspection Division of the Heilongjiang Provincial Drug Administration recently conducted a comprehensive regulatory initiative combining educational outreach with strict enforcement. On July 14, the division held a significant symposium with Nenjiang County Tianrun Baixing Pharmaceutical Chain Co., Ltd. as part of a broader 100-day special action targeting drug safety. Operating under national administrative measures for drug sampling and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards, the division sampled 77 drug batches. These samples covered critical categories, including antibiotics and imported medications. During the inspections, officials identified 50 potential safety risks among enterprises within their jurisdiction. These issues primarily involved compliance gaps in drug circulation and warehouse management. To address these findings, the division provided on-site guidance and resolved 16 specific operational queries from company personnel. To date, 36 of the identified risks have been successfully rectified. The regulatory body is now focused on analyzing remaining deficiencies and formulating targeted solutions to ensure high-quality drug distribution. This initiative aims to strengthen the local drug safety infrastructure by ensuring that enterprises not only meet legal requirements but also adopt a service-oriented approach to public health.
