The Sichuan Provincial Drug Administration announced the revocation of the Cosmetics Production License for Chengdu Rongle Cosmetics Co., Ltd. on January 11, 2021. This action followed an application for cancellation submitted by the company on December 21, 2020. The proposed cancellation was publicized on December 23, 2020, and after a 10-working-day period without objections, the regulatory authority proceeded with the revocation. The company, operating under Certificate No.: Chuanzhuang 20160036, was previously authorized to produce a range of cosmetics including liquid, cream, lotion, and powder units. The decision was made in accordance with Article 70, Item 3 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 25, Item 5 of the Cosmetics Production Licensing Work Specifications. As a result, Chengdu Rongle Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is no longer permitted to manufacture cosmetic products.
