Additionally, raw materials were not consistently inspected, material requisition records were missing, and some product labels failed to meet regulatory requirements. Consequently, the Sichuan Provincial Food and Drug Administration mandated that the company rectify all identified deficiencies within a specified period and submit a compliance report to the State Food and Drug Administration within two months.
