Three companies—Shenyang Chenmei Cosmetics Co., Ltd., Liaoning Tussah Silk Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Landi Biotechnology Co., Ltd.—were found not to be in production at the time of inspection, hence no defects were reported for them.The regulatory expectation for all cited companies was the prompt rectification of all identified deficiencies. The notice confirms that every company with reported issues successfully completed the required corrective actions, indicating a return to compliant operational standards following the inspections. This oversight reflects ongoing efforts to ensure the quality and safety of cosmetic products manufactured in the region.
