China NMPA Inspection - Guangzhou Yingnaier Cosmetics Co., Ltd. - August 03, 2018

An unannounced inspection conducted by the Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration on July 17, 2018, revealed significant non-compliance issues at Guangzhou Yingnaier Cosmetics Co., Ltd. The inspection, carried out under the "Guangdong Provincial Food and Drug Administration's Measures for Food and Drug Supervision and Management," scrutinized various operational areas including production workshops, warehouses, laboratories, and quality management documentation. During the assessment, two primary deficiencies were identified. Firstly, the company was unable to furnish essential production records for one of its products, Yingnaier Sunscreen SPF20 PA++ (EXP: 2020/05/02). This indicates a critical lapse in maintaining comprehensive manufacturing documentation. Secondly, the inspection uncovered a failure to adequately implement the company's inspection management system, as evidenced by the absence of original inspection records for another product, Idebenone Intensive Essence (EXP: 2021/05/09). As a result of these findings, Guangzhou Yingnaier Cosmetics Co., Ltd. has been mandated to promptly address and rectify all identified problems. The case has also been escalated and transferred to the Baiyun District Bureau of Guangzhou for further investigation and follow-up to ensure compliance.
