The inspections revealed significant violations related to two specific products: the "Jinkou Porcelain-like Brightening Smart Facial Mask" and the "Jinkou Skin-Renewing Whitening Facial Mask." Both products were found to contain Clobetasol Propionate, a potent corticosteroid, at concentrations of 2.68 "g/g and 6.40 ".g/g respectively. The unauthorized presence of such pharmaceutical ingredients in cosmetic formulations poses potential health risks to consumers and represents a clear breach of regulatory standards. The regulatory framework underpinning these inspections is the Provincial Food and Drug Administration's mandate to safeguard public health through rigorous supervision of cosmetic products. The detection of these unauthorized substances necessitates immediate and stringent regulatory actions to address the non-compliance.
