Convide (China) Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. has initiated a voluntary Level II recall of its hydrophilic fiber silver-containing dressing (Registration Certificate No.: 20173641254). This action, reported on January 14, 2021, and published by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) on January 21, 2021, follows an overseas complaint concerning significant product integrity issues.The primary defect identified was an open inner packaging seam, which caused the dressing to become stuck in the seal.
