FDA WARNING_LETTER - Adja Khady Food Distribution Inc - August 15, 2025

This violates section 805 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and the implementing FSVP regulation in 21 CFR part 1, subpart L. These regulations mandate that importers perform risk-based activities to verify that foreign-produced human and/or animal foods meet applicable U.S. food safety standards.

The FDA requires Adja Khady Food Distribution Inc. to provide a written response within fifteen working days, detailing the specific corrective actions being taken to address these violations.
