FDA WARNING_LETTER - Grand Vapors - March 30, 2021

On March 26, 2021, the FDA issued a Warning Letter to Karisa Jones of Grand Vapors, located at 4601 W Sahara Ave, Ste Q, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The letter states that the FDA's Center for Tobacco Products reviewed the website https://www.grandvapors.com and determined that e-liquid products, including "Snozzberry," "King Kustard," and "Punk Bubblegum," are manufactured and offered for sale or distribution in the United States.

These e-liquid products are classified as "tobacco products" under section 201(rr) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 321(rr)) and are subject to FDA jurisdiction. The FDA asserts that these products are "new tobacco products" because they were not commercially marketed in the U.S. as of February 15, 2007, and lack the required premarket marketing authorization order under section 910(c)(1)(A)(i) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 387j(c)(1)(A)(i)).

Consequently, the e-liquid products are deemed adulterated under section 902(6)(A) of the FD&C Act and misbranded under section 903(
