FDA WARNING_LETTER - Guangzhou Huli Technology Co., Ltd. dba Fantasy Face - December 01, 2025

In a Warning Letter dated March 31, 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) notified Guangzhou Huli Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Fantasy Face, of significant violations regarding the sale of unapproved drug products. Following a review of the company"s eBay storefront in December 2025, the FDA determined that the firm is marketing "Googeer GLP-1 Weight Control Oral Solution" for use in the United States without legal authorization. Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the product is classified as a drug because its labeling includes claims for metabolism support, blood sugar balance, and weight management. Because the product is not generally recognized as safe and effective for its intended uses and lacks an approved federal application, it is considered an unapproved new drug. Distributing such products in interstate commerce is a violation of federal law. The FDA has mandated that the company respond within 15 working days with a detailed plan for corrective action and documentation showing how they will prevent future violations. Failure to address these concerns may result in legal action, such as product seizures or injunctions.
