The FDA's Center for Tobacco Products reviewed http://www.supercigarettesshop.com and found cigarette products offered for sale in the U.S. are adulterated or misbranded.

Several products are deemed "modified risk tobacco products" (MRTPs) under section 911(b)(2)(A)(ii) and (i) of the FD&C Act, due to descriptors like "light," "mild," "low," or claims of reduced harm/substance levels. Examples include April Passion Super Slims 100s ("lightness"), Camel Blue ("Camel Lights"), Beverly Red ("less harmful"), and Camel One ("lowest content of tar and nicotine"). Selling these without an FDA order violates section 911(a) and renders them adulterated under section 902(8).

Additionally, Sobranie Mints 100s cigarettes are adulterated under section 902(5) for purporting to contain a characterizing mint flavor, violating section 907(a)(1)(A) which prohibits artificial or natural characterizing flavors (other than tobacco or menthol) in cigarettes. If the product lacks the flavor, it is misbranded under section 903(a)(1) or 903(a)(7)(A) for false or misleading labeling/advertising.

The letter demands immediate correction of these violations and similar ones, ensuring compliance with the FD
