FDA WARNING_LETTER - Liqin Lin

The FDA Center for Tobacco Products issued a Warning Letter to Ms. Lin after reviewing websites http://www.cheapcigarette.cc, http://www.onlinecigarettes.cc, http://www.cigarettes.hk, and http://www.cigarettestore.cc. The FDA determined that these websites offer for sale or distribute tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, and roll-your-own tobacco, to U.S. customers.

Violations include selling "modified risk tobacco products" without an FDA order, specifically Kent Deluxe 100’s and Kent HD cigarettes, which are labeled with descriptors like "Lights." This violates Section 911(a) of the FD&C Act and renders the products adulterated under Section 902(8).

Additionally, the websites offer flavored cigarette tobacco and/or roll-your-own tobacco products, such as Port Royal Original 5x50g Pack Tobacco (rum & wine) and Rolon Hand Rolling (40g x 10 bags) Tobacco (mango). These products are adulterated under Section 902(5) of the FD&C Act because they contain characterizing flavors other than tobacco or menthol, violating Section 907(a)(1)(A).
