FDA WARNING_LETTER - Ravenstorm AUA-father Christmas Group

The FDA Center for Tobacco Products reviewed the website http://www.ravenstormaua.org and determined that pipe tobacco products offered for sale to U.S. customers are subject to FDA jurisdiction. The "Tobak Spice Oriental Sampler" pipe tobacco product was found to be misbranded under section 903(a)(7)(B) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 387c(a)(7)(B)) because it was sold to a person younger than 18 years of age. An additional complimentary "Q. Victoria" pipe tobacco product was also sent.

This violates 21 C.F.R. § 1140.14(b), which prohibits retailers from selling covered tobacco products, including pipe tobacco, to individuals under 18. "Covered tobacco products" are defined in 21 C.F.R. § 1140.3 and include all tobacco products deemed subject to Chapter IX of the FD&C Act by 21 C.F.R. § 1100.2.

The FDA requires immediate correction of this violation and similar issues, ensuring all tobacco products, labeling, and advertising comply with the FD&C Act and FDA regulations.
