FDA WARNING_LETTER - Vapegodshop, LLC - June 16, 2020

The FDA's Center for Tobacco Products issued a Warning Letter to Logan Laurent of 1105 Jung Blvd., Marrero, LA, on May 12, 2020, following a review of the website https://vapegodshop.com. The FDA determined that e-liquid tobacco products advertised and sold on the website are misbranded under section 903(a)(7)(B) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 387c(a)(7)(B)).

Specifically, the advertising for several e-liquid products, including Mr. Salt E – Cannoli, Mr. Salt E – Vanilla Custard, Mr. Salt E – Orange Mango Guava Ice, Mr. Salt E – Punch, and Mr. Salt E – Peanut Butter Cookie, failed to include the required nicotine warning statement: "WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical." This violates 21 C.F.R. § 1143.3(b), which mandates this warning for covered tobacco products like e-liquids.

The letter requires immediate correction of this violation and similar issues to ensure compliance with the FD&C Act and FDA's implementing regulations across all advertising platforms.
