The FDA Center for Tobacco Products issued a Warning Letter to http://www.cheapcigs24.com after reviewing their website and determining that their cigarette products are offered for sale to U.S. customers. The FDA found multiple violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

Firstly, numerous products, including "Bond Special Selection" and "Camel Blue," were promoted using descriptors like "Lights" or "Ultra Lights." These descriptors classify the products as "modified risk tobacco products" under section 911(b)(2)(A)(ii) of the FD&C Act. Introducing such products into interstate commerce without an FDA order, as required by section 911(a), renders them adulterated under section 902(8) of the FD&C Act.

Secondly, flavored cigarettes such as "Aroma Rich Apple" and "Kiss Super Slims Clubnichka 100s (Strawberry)" were offered for sale. Section 907(a)(1)(A) of the FD&C Act prohibits cigarettes from containing characterizing flavors other than tobacco or menthol. Products violating this are adulterated under section 902(5). If these products do not contain the purported characterizing flavors, they are misbranded under sections 903(a)(1) or 903(a)(7)(A) due to false or misleading labeling/advertising.
