On October 26, 2009, the FDA reviewed www.secretsofbetterhealth.com and determined it offered "Zeolite Internal Detox 250 gm" for sale in the U.S., claiming to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat, or cure H1N1 Flu Virus. This product is not FDA-approved, cleared, or authorized for such use, violating the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDC Act), specifically 21 U.S.C. §§ 331, 351, 352.

The website displayed claims like "Drink zeolite to neutralise and remove the toxins of Swine Flu" and "Zeolite may afford considerable protection against the swine flu and other viruses." Although these claims were removed, the site continued using metatags such as "swine flu," "H1N1," and "pig flu" to direct consumers to the product.
