The FDA's Center for Tobacco Products reviewed www.smokeonthecheap.com and found cigarette products offered for sale to U.S. customers in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

Additionally, products like "Aroma Rich Apple" and "Richmond Cherry" were found to be adulterated under section 902(5) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 387b(5)) for containing characterizing flavors (other than tobacco or menthol),
