The FDA issued a Warning Letter to Mr. Sedgwick regarding smokeless tobacco products sold on http://www.snuff.me.uk, http://www.buysnuff.co.uk, and http://www.buychew.co.uk. These websites are considered affiliated due to common registration and "sister site" links.

The FDA determined that Toque Snuff smokeless tobacco is misbranded under section 903(a)(7)(B) of the FD&C Act because it was sold to a person younger than 18 years of age, violating 21 C.F.R. § 1140.14(a).

Additionally, several smokeless tobacco products are misbranded under section 903(a)(7)(A) of the FD&C Act because their advertisements fail to include required health warning label statements, as mandated by the Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act of 1986. Products cited for this violation include Poschl, Arnold Andre, Bernard, Jaxons, Molens, Samuel Gawith, Gawith Hoggarth, Thunder Chew, and Oliver Twist. The letter also noted the requirement for quarterly rotation of warning label statements.
