BRAVO! LLC, a pet food manufacturer in Manchester, CT, was inspected and cited for multiple sanitation and control deficiencies. The most severe finding involved Listeria monocytogenes contamination in frozen raw pet foods, which led to a voluntary recall. Other issues included unsanitary handwashing facilities, inadequate cross-connection control, and poorly maintained food contact surfaces and floors.
