FDA 483 - Lake Wohlford Ranch - June 02, 2011

This FDA Form 483 document details observations made during an inspection of Lake Wohlford Ranch, a shell egg producer located at 27023 N. Lake Wohlford Rd., Valley Center, CA 92082. Specifically, there are no records showing that eggs processed from house #5 were held under refrigeration at 45°F or below after the time of lay.
