FDA WARNING_LETTER - Conners Clinic - August 31, 2022

The FDA issued a Warning Letter to Dr. Conners regarding products sold on www.connersclinic.com and promoted on associated social media. An FDA review from May-August 2022 found that products like "Fenbendazole Starter Pack #1," "Panacur-C Fenbendazole," and "Breast Cancer Prevention Protocol Bundle," among others, are marketed with claims indicating their use for curing, mitigating, treating, or preventing diseases.

These claims, such as "Fenbendazole... is fast becoming a successful anticancer treatment" and "Curcu Clear... lowers risk/prevalence of cancer," classify the products as "drugs" under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Since these products are not generally recognized as safe and effective for their claimed uses, they are considered "new drugs" requiring prior FDA approval, which they lack.

Furthermore, these products are deemed "misbranded" because they lack adequate directions for use by a layperson, as their intended uses (e.g., cancer treatment, autoimmune disorders) require supervision by a licensed practitioner. Introducing or delivering these unapproved and misbranded drugs into interstate commerce violates the Act.

Dr. Conners must respond in writing within 15 working days, detailing specific corrective actions to address the violations and prevent recurrence. Failure to comply may result in legal action, including seizure and injunction.
